For One XL users who have the device near the centre, here's a reversed version of the original. What's that he's pointing to? Wink

Hi Hagar,
Yes it would help if there were some instructions here (or a link to them) and I'm suprised there aren't!
There must have been some in a separate topic that didn't get made "sticky" so they've dropped right down the list...
Here's some instructions I did once on another forum:
Add a Splashscreen or shutdown screen...

If you want to use one from here, unfortunately this forum cannot display .bmp picture files (only .jpg's), so unless they have been stored elsewhere in the right format, you'll have to right click on the one you want, save it on your PC as a .jpg and then use a paint program (such as the free MS Paint included with Windows if you have nothing better) to re-save it as a .bmp.
Then follow the instructions in that link above to get it on your TomTom.

There's also an on-line "splash screen generator" you could try to do the conversion HERE

Just got my new tomtom ( my old one got replaced), and the tomtom home site now offers splash screens as an official and free option, not quite as many options, or as good as on here ( am taken by the one on page one of Holly from red dwarf!)
