Adding poi's to myguide 3100

hi, as a complete newbie i have downloaded some of the poi's from this site. i now want to install them onto my myguide. i downloaded them as csv files and named each group, atm, banks etc.
can anyone talk me through what to do next.
can i just transfer them to the poi folder in the myguide? do they need any form of conversion..if so how do i go about it?

any help appreciated...
