custom cursors

hi again
can someone tell me if custom cursors work via ttheaven explorer on the tomtom one v3 please ?

first of all i have a tt one 3rd edition not v3 ...sorry Embarassed

so is the answer still yes and if so read on Crying or Very sad

thats great news but ive followed the instructions using tt heaven explorer and used bitmaps only from your site yet all i have is a black circle with a blue arrow in it Shocked

i read to use 3d maps but that didnt help.
i click apply in heaven explorer and it says congratulations but nothing happens ?
are there any pitfalls newbies like me have made that could be explained ?

And did you download the zip file that has the art folder and sample cursors in as explained in Step 1. of the guide?

yes i put it in the root folder and inside were a cursor and a nissan skyline
i clicked on the nissan and clicked apply but nothingexcept a congrats message.
i even used the reset button on the tomtom and turned it off and back on.
tried the lisa simpson and ferrari cursors which all appeared in ttheaven explorer but nothing ever seemed to get onto the tomtom. Shocked
