I can't even synchronise using Active Sync..

Try using a different usb cable or port, this may help.

Hi
when i'm plugging in the use cable I can see just for 1 second small window on the screen off navigation
it's standard window from windows - i can see that it showing "authenticating and then connected"
but still i can't do anything from pc

Yep, I had that too but I 'borrowed' a higher quality USB cable and that made all the difference.
