hi being a bit slow at this type of thing can any one tell me how i could us my company logo as a p.o.i as i have all the different branches stored but i can't get it to store the logo oh sorry i have a tom tom 510 many thanks inavance |

A lot depends on how complex the Company logo is.
The end result has to be a 24 x 24 pixel Bitmap in 24 bit colour.
If you take an existing POI bitmap and open it in a paint program, you can see how it is constructed. _________________ Richard

...and once you have it in the right size and format, you have to name it exactly the same as your POI .ov2 file, so if you have AcmeWidgets.ov2 you need to name the icon AcmeWidgets.bmp. You then put it in the same place as the .ov2 (i.e. in the map folder). |
