On the v6.75.1409 maps it certainly hasn't. There is quite a lot of embedded speed data on the non-motorways I travel on.
However, there are reported instances where it is wrong, mainly set lower than the actual. |

The very inaccurate representations are still there (AND they have at last managed to get the A4 into London from Chiswick roundabout to Hammersmith to 40mph). I never found enough accurate ones to go recommending the feature to anybody. I'd guess the lack of them on your device now simply means you haven't yet driven on the right road to get speed limit display - there are so many unidentified.

Well, I have been out and about today. The ETA seems pretty spot on for the average motorway drive is sticking at or around the speed limit. It is very over-estimated for other roads and the ETA was constantly coming down on my A-road drives.
As for the recent post asking about speed limit info, I only saw speed limit info on the motorway driving. It did not appear on any of the other roads I drove on.

Integrated into the maps. BUT it is not available for EVERY road (in fact, you'll rarely see it for 30mph town roads) and it is often wrong - M5 Motorway Jct 22 south to Exeter (56 miles) is registered as 60mph!

| An 80 mile drive down the M4 to-day at a cruise controlled 67mph (TT speed, not car speedo) failed to change the ETA at all. Suggest the motorway speed programmed in is therefore 67mph.... |
