There is no correlation between map builds. Each build is unique, with unique parameters. It didn't "get bigger". They decided on a smaller map for 660, and a larger for 665 etc.

After purchasing a Tom Tom with Version 6.5 and sending it back because it locked up for some reason. Trying to use the free bonus card for new version of maps was a joke plus the TomTom maps are outrageously priced. If some ask s I'll send them to Garmin or tell them to buy a map.

I am not sure if the list is still being maintained, but I can add something to it.

It appears that there are more than one version of 660 map.. I have seen 660-1219, 660-1223 and others.

From the perspective of a Palm (Running 5.201-5344) it recognises the 660-1223 maps, but not the others!

Yes because as TomTom have said, the 660-1223 series is specifically for people stuck on the old rev5 software.

I have used a variety of builds, but so far Taiwan map v652.12 has eluded me. Pity as we go to Taiwan quite bit. Singapore and Hong Kong are fine on 510 or 710 with version v650.1358. Do not need here as we have drivers, but I find interesting anyway
Taiwan would have been really nice as my Chinese is quite limited

That's cos the Taiwan map v652.012 is by Navteq and officially will only work in a One V2 Euro or a Rider as these are the only TT's that use Navteq!
