upgrade route for medion pna100

Hope you can help me i've just been given a medion pna100 with Navigator 4.4 on can some tell me the upgrade routes and from where I can get them i've look on the medion web site but no luck in finding them,

Also can someone tell me what I TT files I need to install on said PDA to get that to run ie point me towards an idiots guide
