Help with TT6 please??

Hi there i have just purchased TT Navigator 6 on DVD for my T-mobile MDA III.I loaded the TT home software onto my desktop PC and opened it up but it looks like the application software is missing from the DVD as it doesnt show up in the TThome install screen,all i have in there are the maps,voices,zipcodes and sattellite imagery.So basically i cant find the software to load onto my device do you think its a fault with the DVD or am i not doing something i should be???
Can anyone help on this ?? Crying or Very sad

Soz if I'm missing the point here.

If you click the box next to TomTom application for Pocket PC it goes dark and then an INSTALL icon with an arrow to your SD Card appears. Then you can install it. Any items you want to add are done this way. But I think what you're saying is the application isn't there in your screen. Do you have 2 DVD roms in your PC? I get this if I open Home without the DVD inserted. I click where it says 'INSTALL TO TOM TOM' in green and below it lists available items but if the DVD isn't in it won't be listed.

I have exactly the same problem. I don't see a tomtom application when either of the supplied discs are in the drive. i have the tomtom home and maps etc, but no application.weird.

Check on the DVD itself for a folder named:

"App"

It's where installers are stored. If that isn't on your DVD, then a boo-boo was made somewhere. :-)

The DVD I have been supplied with does not contain the application, the application was (in my case pre-installed to the device, it is part of the PDA's ROM) so I have the application, But not on the DVD - Mike

Mine is a Mio P550. It's not in it's rom. I'm in the process of sending the TomTom back, I ordered uk & Ireland, they sent a dodgy western Europe with no app, but in a dispute over return postage.
