My 13 month old SD502 will no longer lock in to my Axim. On closer inspection, the 512Mb memory card is slightly chipped at the bottom edge so this is presumable causing it.

Is it repairable by switching the SD card within the SD502. Is it an easy 'upgrade' if it was done to up the memory to 1Mb or 2Mb ?

Any suggestions would be appreciated,
