Managed to update it now after a couple of days restarting it each time it fails. Was annoying but got there in the end

Did you get your cheque? Pleased you're pleased with it! I'm now Tom Tom'ed up - not as elegant as the Mio but a lot more intuitive to use for a 'fick bloke who sells rock for a living! - have a good Xmas! Wink

Just been away for days to see the family in Cornwall and got back this morning. Gave the system a bit of a run and worked great. Even the TMC worked so I'm well chuffed.

Thanks for the cheque too-was on the doorstep. Will bank it when the post office is nexct open when I ain't at work

All in all, the C710 does everything I want (and more-the transferring of photos to the device via bluetooth is great) and I'm more than pleased with it
