Clean up utility deleted part of my Tom Tom backup

I have system mechanic on my computer( a clean up utility)

Recently I reinstalled TomTom Home on to another computer I use and chose to have the Tom Tom file on my Desktop.

I then noticed that the data.chk files were missing from my TomTom Go backups.

I did not have this problem when it was located on my other computer in My Documents.

So be warned ! Either let it install to the default location or make sure any clean up utilities you have are set to NOT delete .chk files

I experienced the same problem with TuneUp Utilities.
