If you have used Global Positioning Systems to buy your quest 2 and are unhappy with it's performance I suggest you let them know early.
It seems they operate a policy of the longer you leave it to complain the less of a refund you are entitled to.
I have been using the forum and Garmin direct to try and solve my issues with the Quest2 and so have not contacted them directly, especially as it's 50p/min tech support or a game of e-mail tennis
Thje upshot is I am no longer entitled to get a full refund and so I am having to contact the finance company direct for my refund.

I received a full refund from GPS after 3 months of problems with Quest 2s. I explained I had never been able to use product effectively and returned it for testing, it was up for sale the next day on the website at £10 discount. I suggest you use the normal phone number and ask to speak to the person responding to your emails.

I have tried ringing the number and have been told i have to ring the 50p/min number.
after almost 2 weeks of e-mails they have refused to give a full refund despite telling them i want a Zumo for which i am happy to pay the difference and also a Nuvi 610. They have point blank refused to give the full refund even after giving a list of problems that I have had with the product and am now having to go through the finance company.
By my reckoning they have lost an order of around £900.
Not my loss I'll spend my money else where as there attitude on this occasion is disgusting.
