TT6 on N80 and SPV1000/MDA Compact II

I've decided to splurge out on TT6 following an upgrade from my old 6630 (gave up with the inbetween N70 and TT5..) to an N80. Now my wife has both an Orange SPV M1000 and a T-Mobile MDA Compact II and also want to use the TT6 occasionally. Will one be allowed to transfer the SD card between phones and not have problems with mutiple license issues?

Never had a problem transferring the TT5 between my 6630 and the works 6600..depending on which one was on charge at the time!

The TT6 is "in the post" from a TT approved reseller (before anyone screams "Pirate"), and TomToms help/support system is about as helpful as the preverbial cocktail brolly in a rainstorm..

Please read the EULA when your product arrives, you can only use the software on a single device at any given time, multiple usage is not allowed. Mike

I've no intention of using it in 2 places at once; its more a case of if it's "transportable" on a regular basis or will it require re-registering everytime its moved from one phone to another? In fact will it be happy working on 2 different systems (S60v3 and PPC), or will activation fix it to one type?

Technically it will be working on both devices. You will have to activate it on one, then wait a week, then activate it on the other. The SD card will hold the activation keys for both devices.

Legally you are supposed to cease the usage on the first device when you activate the second.
