Has anyone had any luck connecting a TomTom device via bluetooth with BlueAnt's Supertooth II speaker phone? I have a TT Rider and it connects with my phone (Treo 700w) without any problems but can not get it to connect with the Supertooth - which is a shame because it would make for a great speaker phone for the Rider.

Having exactly the same problems, I have a TT rider and a Supertooth II V3.9, ive found another forum that says hold down the 2 buttons on the supertooth until the lights flash alternate red and blue, then hold down the answer button on its own for a short while, then select connect to headset in the tt menu. Ive tryed this many times and it doesnt work. Anyone else out there who has had more success with it?

I've no idea about the Supertooth2 but on the original Supertooth (mine is branded Welltech but is identical to look at) then you hold down the Pickup key and turn the device on. Keept the Pickup key pressed until the Bluetooth light flashes red and blue alternately and then release it. Then press the Pickup key again and the flashing rate should increase. Then get the RIDER to pair with a headset and it should find the device, examine its functions and pair with it.

I expect that pairing with the Supertooth2 is similar.

Excellent Tim. I am excited to give this a try. TT and supertooth would be an excellent combination.

Nope. It didn't work for me either Sad

TT pairs fine with my phone and my phone pairs fine with ST2 so you'd think the TT and ST2 would be able to connect?!?
