No, but so far it looks like only S60v3 is supported.

There is a photo of TomTom 6 running on the SE M600i (UIQ3) at a trade show, on Esato forums (reproduced below). We live in the hope that it will see a release...

i have a n80 only because of tomtom i had 6600 6680 n70 ..if tomtom wont release an update i have an n80 forsale please tomtom release s60.v3 please  |

i have a nokia 6680 i just tryed to install the tt6 but i keep getting error's
i just del all the tt5 file and uploaded the tt6
i click the tomtom link and it loked tomtom and them just a green screen
please help me getting this working on a nokai 6680 |

from reading other posts it appears it won't work on the 6680 or my N70, only S60 v3 phones, 6680 and N70 are S60 v2
looks like you'll have to get a new phone or stick with TT5... ?
