Yes. There is a work-in-progress on my Webspace. Click my WWW ;)

The Zip has a CSV included which you can use. 3900 in the list.

No, but Oldboy supplies his POIs in both formats.

Yes, within each POI zip there are files .ov2 and .csv. The .ov2 file is for the Tom Toms and .csv is for Navman (csv means comma-seperated variable).

If you're feeling inquisitive you can easily have a look at the structure of the .csv file by loading it into Notebook or Wordpad.
