Missing Splash screen option on Nuvi 310.

Just updated my Nuvi 310 to firmware 2.70. and the "Splash screen" button is missing from the display settings screen.

If I revert to 2.5 or prior the option is there, anyone else have this problem?

My splashscreen remained from the previous version but as you say no option to change it.

Amazing. Software v. 2.60 was full of bugs, so I reverted to 2.50. From what you are saying here, I can't see me updating to v. 2.70 anytime soon.

Indeed, I think I'm sticking with 2.40 for a little longer...

350 users are reporting the Splash screen option is still there, so this problem might be limited to the 310/360.

My Nuvi has 5 options on the screen:
Color Mode
Backlight Timeout
Touch Screen
PictureIt
Splash Screen

Check out Update 2.8, I think you will find that the Spash Screen option has been returned.
