Can anyone please help.
I am unable to download the current Camera database for some reason.
I get as far as selecting Type of file i require (OV2) I then click on download and all I get is a blank page.
I have turned off all popup blockers in case i am preventing a window from appearing but still nothing.
I have tried with Firefox & Opera browsers ( I.E. has not been working for quite sometime) but no joy.
Yes I do Have a current subscription.

Many thanks for pointing me in the right direction. However I had to use my laptop which has a working version of I.E. & got the download.
However Iam still worried as to why I.E. will not function on my desktop computer & worse still why Firefox, Opera or Netscape just dont see the download. I have tried turning of Norton Secruity (2206) al the pop & ad blocking stuff I can find all to no avail.

Looks like I am getting ahead of myself, the above should read 2006 not 2206 
Anyway as it turns out it was 'OnSpeed' that was stopping me from seeing the download, all is fine with Firefox now. :D

I have also manageg to see the download using Netscape 8.1 though this took a lot of tweaking. After disabling OnSpeed + changing the settings in the Netscape Security Centre.
My last challange is with Opera, what a crazy broswer this is, the error console keeps poping up every 2 mins which in its self is a pain but I will have a go.

I am using Firefox Ver 2 Rv 1.8.1 and I could not get your download to actually download. I searched in Firefox for this "onspeed" and can't find it. I eventually had to load in Windowns I.E to get the download (any download, I tried a selection of 5 at random). What exactly is going wrong?

Strange you should say that. I use Opera and IMO it has the most reliable download manager.

ON-SPEED is not part of Firefox it is a separate program to accelerate my crap Dial Up connection.
I might mention that since Firefox has been upgraded to version 2 onspeed no longer works for some reason so I have reverted to v1.5.0.7.

V2 1.8.1 works fine for me.
If this problem is global as you suggest then there must be an incorrect setting somewhere.
Confirm
tools/options/main/save files to desktop
tools/options/privacy/accept cookies (keep until they expire) |
