Destinator 6 Text to Speech - Does it exist?

Can anyone tell me whether Text to Speech exists in Destinator 6, because if it does I can't find it?

The manual describes it, saying there should be a button on the console toolbar, but there isn't. Is this something that went missing between PN and 6?

No, TTS is currently not included in D6.

But it should come some time later as download. When ever this will be.
