Recorded POI's end up in wrong location (too late)

If you record a poi in the normal way, the poi will end up in the wrong location if you are on the move.

I'm wondering if there an addon like the "poi capture" that records the poi at the instant you press record, but lets you specify category and name etc.

I'm using a iPaq 2790 and TomTom 5.21.

You could use the same process as is used to convert Favourites to POI's.

Capture the location with POICapture, and use a similar method that I posted here.

Use Find to get the location from PocketGPSCameras and then Add as POI to any Category that you require. You will need to change the text obviously.

You can then Delete the location from the POICapture File, (use Manage POI), so that it doesn't get mixed with any cameras.
