Activation code !!!!!!

Hello can anyone help..ive just bought my son a tomtom 910 and am trying to get the free traffic 1 month offer but when i enter the number on the product card thats suplied it refuse to activate (says its the wrong number) any help please or am i entering the wrong number as its the only 1 i have.Thanks for a reply.

Go here http://www.tomtom.com/ Look on the right where it says account. create a account once you have done that log in to it if you have to and look on the right. again under MY ACCOUNT click on My products and fill in the fields product name and product code then click add once this is done come back to the my products bit and on the left theres a box that says ACtivate your tom tom promotion this is where you put the code from your card and click activate.
