Time to upgrade but to what???

I've been using an XDAII with TT5.0 successfully for the last 12months but I'm in the position to upgrade my handset.

I have a shortlist of 3 alternatives but would appreciate any comments on useability, known errors etc.

They are: Sony K800i, Nokia N80 & the XDA mini S.

If it weren't for the fact that the XDAII is quite bulky I would stick with it but am getting fed up with the "are you pleased to see me or do you have an XDAII in your pocket!!" jokes. :D
