Membership Problems.....

Can anyone tell me why I am getting the below response when I logon when I have paid a full year's subscription and already downloaded one camera update immediately after subscribing?

normally takes afew days to clear and set up your subscription have you tried it lately

I paid the subscription on 20/04/2006 by Paypal and I have downloaded the May update for the speed cameras. It's now showing me as an 'non-subscribed' member and won't let me download the updated speed camera database.......

if you only took the 1 month option and have now decided to go for 12 months then personally ive always used nochex when ever ive sined anyone up for the camea database

I paid £19.00 for 12 months subscription. I was then able to download the May 2006 speed camera update without any problem but it won't let me download the lates update as it keeps telling me that I have not subscribed to receive the full benefits..... when I HAVE!!!
