Having exactly the same problem as jak68 with the same kit. Followed all the instructions but no active POI's are showing at all.....it was the single file i downloaded rather than all the various versions but why would that matter? |

It looks like a common problem with the ICN 530, I have also emailed navman support to see what they say |

8) Well still waiting, Hugo has not sent e mail and I've tried phoning.
Bad customer service, they are aware of problem in not always being able to run speed camera database from here.
I expect to download and install without problems.
Reading articles on here seems you have to be a geek . |

8) I get when trying to install from POI editor unknown file type, when unzipping and trying to install unknown files again.
I'm not impressed,and phone support would be better. |

Yes. No editing, no converting (or renaming) of files from .asc to .csv, no nothing. All files saved to the correct place, all files show, etc.. _________________ Tim |
