I really have no idea at all. Would you like me to email you my .ini files (I have the 23 separate ones) and you could try putting them into the correct directory and reset the iCN. It may work, it may not. Otherwise, I suspect a call to Navman Tech Support will be in order.

yes it would be woth a try, thanks

Sad Having exactly the same problem as jak68 with the same kit. Followed all the instructions but no active POI's are showing at all.....it was the single file i downloaded rather than all the various versions but why would that matter?

It looks like a common problem with the ICN 530, I have also emailed navman support to see what they say

8) Well still waiting, Hugo has not sent e mail and I've tried phoning.
Bad customer service, they are aware of problem in not always being able to run speed camera database from here.

I expect to download and install without problems.

Reading articles on here seems you have to be a geek . Laughing

Strange why it works on some 530's and not on others

8) I get when trying to install from POI editor unknown file type, when unzipping and trying to install unknown files again.

I'm not impressed, and phone support would be better.

Yes. No editing, no converting (or renaming) of files from .asc to .csv, no nothing. All files saved to the correct place, all files show, etc..
