I've got TT5 and that works fine-however, I've tried Mio Map v2 (is this Navigon 5 under a different name?) on my A201 and it seesm really slow?
Both on boot-up (can take about a minute for the nag screen to appear) and during operation.TT5 is very quick by comparison. Has anybody any ideas on what could be causing it/any experience/ any tips?
Cheers

I understand that Mio Map is Navigon 5 software.
If this is true then I can confirm that my Navigon 5 ran very slow on the mio but TT5 runs fine & in real time.
Many people find that Navigon 5 runs slow & I guess that if you have not tried TT5 to compare then perhaps people just don't realise just how slow Navigon is. |

Maca,
Oh well, that clears that up It's not just me then. It's a shame as the interface is really nice, especially at night time, but the options (no full postcode) let it down.
Back to good ol' TT5 then
Thanks for taking the time to reply

I am sure people here will correct me if I'm wrong with my reply but I'm sure it is Navigon 5 software under the name of Mio Map.
Yes I agree with you about the software looking nice but I have tried to use it time after time but have now have removed it form my Mio & like you use the trusted TT5 which works so well. |

I have found the same on the A701, I got frustrated to it and reverted to Tom Tom instead. |
