Loading new maps

Can someone point me to a resource that will tell me how to load a new map?

I have TT5 with UK map loaded on an SD card

I now want to load France onto a different SD card. Is this possible? How do you switch?

Copy the France map to your SD card or PocketPC, using the TomTom CDs. Load TomTom, go to Preferences, and Switch Map. Easy.

in the root folder of the Storage card.

If your card is , let's say, drive G: then the map folder should be g:\France-Map

Copy the whole folder to the new card.

So I put in CD4, say I want to add a map to SD card, and then the TT application disappears Confused

It's not on the taskbar (XP) or showing in task manager

When I try to start setup again from the CD, it says setup already running

Shouldn't this be simple? Or am I simple?

OK. I think I've got it. I had to disconnect the PDA. Then re-start set-up and get to the point where it it says Pocket PC not attached. Then attach it. Then it works

Why didn't I think of that before? :D
