Just the way you have expressed your views about our company based on your experience, it would be appreciated if you were honest and NOT accused us of taking your money and charging you for next working day delivery when this is simply not true. I am sure that your bank has informed you that your credit card is NOT charged by us.

Handnav Techonolgy Limited
According to the operator Handnav put down the reciever at least a dozen times when I tried to call, busy or not this is no way to carry on. They told me, eventually, that there was a fault on the phones, now its because you were 'very busy' mmm!
Initially, you billed me for next day, not answering the phone-even putting the phone down on me was not conveying any other information to me about any changes in the order. Therefore, I WOULD HAVE BEEN contacting the bank had Handnav not fortuously contacted me as I was going out the door to do so.
I now consider this matter over. Any other postings will now be ignored, I have wasted enough time, effort and energy on Handnav.

Mate looks like you got your facts messed up. Also posting on a forum which is 2years old and not strictly related - did u sit there and go through all the log or what?
Anyways i think HandNav are providing an excellent service - had no problems with them up to now and have used them for most navigation / accessories i need.
Moderators - i know its out of your control but please facts are more important than presumptions - esp when it comes to payment!
