IPAQ 4150 & Remote Monitor

I am hoping that someone can advise whether it is possible to connect an external monitor to my IPAQ 4150 which I use in my car for Navigation using Tom Tom and Memory Map in conjunction with a Fortuna BT ClipOn GPS Device.

I have my eye on a 7" TFT/LCD TV/Monitor which I would like to connect to the IPAQ to use in car to provide a better view of the mapping software. Ideally I would like to still be able to use the touch capability of the IPAQ screen so that I can use Zoom functions etc.

Any help much appreciated.
