Sony NV-U50 POI or Camera Database Support Help!

Guys I have been searching the web up and down to find any info on how to add custom pois or put the camera database onto the device. The closest I got was a program called poi observer and instructions in GPS Passion which is all in french I tried to install I just couldnt get it running. I am hoping any of the moderators on here would be able to help us on this as I saw a few threads for this info/guide
