TIFF Map into mapping programm

Hi there,

Im looking for the best way to do the following,

I purcahsed a 1:10000 map of a location that we are soon to be building trails in. The map is an uncrompressed TIFF file from the OS. I want to be able to import this TIFF into a pogram that will allow me to overlay GPS data from my Garmin GPS.

What software would best do this for me ?

OziExplorer comes to mind, but many others will do too. Not sure if Memory-Map allows import of TIFFs.

Mind you, you will have to calibrate the TIFF manually before you can use it.

thanks for the Tip, found Expert GPS today that goes part of the way. Not convinced that I calibrated it correctly first.
