Map Setup Problem: "Not enough space ...

I have TT5 with UK maps running perfectly and am wishing to install the map for France. When I put the TT installation disc in my laptop I get the message "Not enough free space on temporary folder: Cannot run setup"

I seem to remember a post on this subject some while back but can't find it. Can anyone help please.

Click on start on your task bar then "RUN" type in %temp% (complete with % sign) press ok. This will take you to the temp folder, navigate down to the red hands symbol of TomTom and delete. Close the temp folder and then run the TomTom set-up again. This should now give you the space required.......
