Changing a Medion PNA200 from 4.75 to 5

Hi can anyone tell me if i can install navigator v5 on my Medion PNA200S / MD95900 which currently has 4.75

I have purchased v5 but it cant find the files when it tries to autoinstall from th memory card.

I have seen people selling their PNA200's with v5 on them and they have upgraded to it.. question is how ?
