Hi,

I've lost connection to my BT-308. The Blue light flashes once when you turn the unit on, then nothing. All other lights appear ok.

With no BT I can't do anything. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Mark

Your BT-308 Unit is Faulty.

you need to return it to your dealer for repair.

Where did you buy your BT-308. You should have a warranty with your reseller.

Sean - thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, my BT308 is over 12 months old and hence out of warranty. I'm guessing that the cost of repair & shipping will mean that it's not economic to repair.

Hi crazybones.

Even if your GPS receiver is out of warranty we can still have it repaired for you if you wish. It may not cost as much as you think and it will certainly be cheaper than buying a new receiver. Give us a call on 0871 7000 156 and we'll get something sorted for you.
