TT5 and menu builder

Have used the menu builder (http://www.gregoryduncan.com/ttmd/index.php)
and I think I have followed the instructions correctly but no menus.
Am I missing something? Can this system be used with TT5 for instance?

I'm using it with tomtom 5 at the moment. Its difficult to suggest whats wrong as I don't know what you've done?
