Registering Destinator PN

I have just purchased Destinator PN (Software and Maps Western Europe +MRE) from buyGPSnow.com in the USA. I have installed the console on my PC and the program on my Dell Axim. All appears to be running fine.

ACTIVATION
Despite the official Destinator website saying "Destinator PN and Destinator ND do not need to be activated" the Destinator Console installed during Destinator PN installation offers a menu item called "Quick Activation". If I follow this process, it asks for a License Key or a Voucher ID. I was not provided with either of these when I purchased the software. I also do not have the Destinator Quick Start Guide where one of these items is supposed to be located.
SO: I don't have to activate; I don't have the information to activate; BUT without activation I can't "take advantage of Product Updates, Special Offers and Important Announcements".

REGISTRATION
I would like to Register my software for the reasons set out in one of the FAQs at www.destinatoreurope.com which states:

"Do I need to register Destinator PN?
It is not necessary but it is advisable. You receive a license key when purchasing Destinator PN. A registration is advisable to remain informed about updates and other information and to get an attractive upgrade price in the future. It is also necessary to register if you need our hotline phone support. You can either register via our website please click here or when calling our hotline for the first time."

I can't register because I didn't receive a License Key.

Could someone clarify:
Should I indeed have been provided with a License Key?
How should this have been provided?
Do I actually need a License Key?
Who should I contact to resolve this?

Oops!

I have to report that I have resolved the situation.

I did receive the Getting Started booklet and the Registration information with my order from buyGPSnow.com. It was buried amongst the Christmas wrapping papers!

I must also make clear that I had no problem with buyGPSnow.com. In fact, I ordered from them late 21 December and the package was with me in the UK by mid-day 23 December. That's service.

My apologies for raising this un-necessarily.
