POICapture - how do I uninstall (iPAQ)?

I used to use CheckPOInt3 with TomTom3, but when I upgraded to TomTom5 I moved to the pocketGPS speed camera database.

I installed POI capture on my iPAQ a few weeks ago with a view to uploading data (the files are not very accurate in my experience - everything I could do to help, I would). Now I find that:

1) PocketGPSWorld are going to charge for the speed camera database
2) CheckPOInt has a free version that works with TomTom5

So, I'm going back to CheckPOInt

How do I uninstall POICapture?

Go into add/remove programs and uninstall from there.
