MD95900 battery

Hi all, got a problem with the battery on my 5 month old MD95900 from ALDI.
When i charge it up fully then disconect it the thing goes flat after only about a day without me using it, and it is alway shut down by going to the first boot up screen. I always have followed the instruction regarding charging. So what should i do, i have contacted Medion who will come and fetch and check it FOC, or do i take it back to ALDI.

Let Medion collect and repair it - it should be guaranteed for three years.

The collected my 95000 for repair recently, fixed it and couriered it back in about 3 weeks total - the courier will even send you a text message the day before to let you know it's on its way

Take it back to Aldi and they will probably offer a refund.
