|
|
I would like to get the Holux CR-100 to use on my ipaq 5550 which uses PPC 2003. I have recently upgraded to version 5 of TomTom Navigator which supports Landscape viewing.
Does the CR-100 support the above ie Landscape mode, and has anyone used it that way, are there any issues? It would be ideal if you could eaisly rotate between portrait and landscape mode. Not sure if this is possible with the CR-100 or any other mount.
Thanks in advance for any help. |

"One thing that isn't obvious and that I should mention is if you have a PDA that supports landscape view, then you can easily mount the CR-100 in a landscape format, let the ratchet arms grip the PDA tight and still angle the patch antenna to give it optimal view of the sky!"
A quote from the review of the CR-100 on this site |

That would be great. Thanks very much. One question, I thought the CR-100 came with a mount, although you mentioned an akron mount? |

yes the the arkon bit is what there cr100 sits on and is a pedistal type mount rather than the gooseneck that the cr100 comes with or you could use a tomtom mount like the small one that comes with the car kit but it does need some slight adjustment with a hacksaw or file _________________ currently using aponia truck navigation on windows phone.
