TomTom Mobile 5 updates

Sounds like a silly question but does anybody know how to get updates from TomTom.
I go to the site but cant see any under the download section.
Has anyone down it ??...could you please tell me how to and where from.

I have TomTom Mobile 5 for P910i...bought it about 3 weeks ago.
Still cant update it with anything
