Most of the posts in this thread are complimentary, some suggest ways to improve it, several (myself included) suggest it should be charged for; who's moaning?
Is there any way maybe member like my self can help out, to take the load off the one person doing the data base. I can offer some of my lunch time to helping out during the week, or even evenings.

The main load on me comes from the way that the updates are collected, ie via email messages. So when the new system is up and running this part of the task should dwindle to nothing :D Thank you for the offer to help but it would be very difficult to share the task as it stands at the moment.
