Can I make a Voice File with No Voice?

What I want to do is have the POI alert on but no voice directions.

All I can find is the sound on / off option which also turns offf the POI alert.

Does anyone know a way around this?

My thought was to modify one of the voices that I'll never use to be a blank voice or silent, but I dont know if this is possible or how to do it.
