I have just acquired the GlobalSat BR355 wired receiver for use with my Toshiba E400. The problem is, the GPS only seems to work when my PDA is connected to the mains. Is there a way of fixing this? I expected the receiver to be powered by the PDA. Can anyone offer any advice on this?

Bazza,
Did you ever get your Toshiba working with the BR355? I must have missed this post. There is a driver you require for your Toshiba. It is on the disk that is supplied with the GPS Receiver.
