|
|
Iam using TT5.0. I have no problem other than sometimes I wish to use TT as just a map program (ie I am stationarey & do not want to go any where).
When ever I load TT it always keeps displaying the BlueTooth manager - requesting which connection to use. Is there any way to stop trying to connect GPS? If I press cancel it just shows the BT Manager again after about 5 seconds.
Thank you for your help. |

Hi The_Borg
The problem that you are having can be sodding annoying. However, as long as Bluetooth manager has something to talk to it seems quite happy. So the easiest way is to turn on the GPS device (it doesn’t need a fix) and run Tomtom. It doesn’t cost anything. |

Even if it doesn't have anything to talk to it will still go away, at least it does on my Axim. Just select a device instead of cancel. When TT can't open comms. with it (if it's not there, or powered off) you just get the "No device present" shown, and TT is happy enough. |
