Hi,

I'm new to the world of GPS and I'm looking for a affordable in-car system. I suffer from mild dyslexia, which affects things like maths, cards, and driving directions (I'm discalculate).

The unit would only be used in-car, not on foot.

I'm currently looking at the Navman PiN 570 with SmartST 2005, and the Mio 168 with TomTom Navigator 5.

The Mio is £270, and the Navman is £230. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I also use the Mio 168RS but with NavnGO. I've no experience with TT3 or TT5 but read that they are excellent products. Personally, I am very satisfied with the Mio. It has a very good GPS receiver and in-car with NO external antenna, I regularly get 7 -8 satellites and ~1m accuracy. The Mio cost me 245 pounds sterling and your price of 270 including TT5 is simply too good to turn down. BTY, is the Mio you are looking at rhe RS version?
