no ring volume since tom tom

i have instaled tt5 on spv 200e and to get it to work i have hade to install a folder in /storage/documents/tomtom/ but the ring volume has gone so low i cant heare it ringing ,i know this is the case because if i remove that paticular folder the volume returns many thanks

It is possible that you have incorrectly exited TTM5 at some point, doing this causes your phone settings to be changed permanently to whatever they were in TTM5, eg display time-out = never, sound levels etc. I dont think it really matters where you locate TTM5 from this point of view. What you will have to do is to adjust your phone settings, outside of TTM5, then correctly exit TTM5 each time eg Menu-6-6-5. When doing it this way TTM5 changes the phone settings back to the stored values it found on TTM5 start up, as it shuts down.
