tomtom imate jam/spv m500

Does any one have any experience of tomtom with spv m500 which i think is the same as the imate jam?

is it a windows smart phone like the c500 or a pocket pc ie ipaq.

it uses pocket pc like the ipaq so youd need the ppc version of tt nav
