Route not displaying

Can anybody help with a problems I have. I have TTN2.22 installed on a Mitac Mio 338. Last week my PDA locked up whilst running tomtom. I reset it using the reste process and since then I get no red route indication on the navigator screen. I get all the voice prompots and all the other screen displays work ok , position , direction at next junction etc , but no red route showing.

Have you checked that 'Dashed in foreground' is selected in the Properties/Advanced/Route box, and not 'Hidden' or 'Soft Grey in Background'?

I think this is a bug, I've soft reset several iPAQ's whilst in TTN2 and I've found that the route mysteriously turns itself off, you have to go back in set it up after the soft reset. Strangely enough it doesn't seem to happen all the time for me.

Ive now managed to fix the problem, a friend had the same thing some weeks ago and fixed it by deleting the Navigator config file in my documents. I did this and all was fine , althougth I did have to then re input all my personal settings and lost all my old destinations but thats not too much of a problem. Thanks for the suggestions.

I was away camping at the weekend and this happened to me. Thought I was gonna have to find my way round without tomtom! scary ;)

When I got back to the campsite, I found the option to switch the route back on, phew!
