Tom Tom 5, speed camera's

Somebody please help!!!!!
I have a copy of TomTom5 and need an idiots guide on how to install poi's speed cameras to the ipaq I have, I also need to find out where I can download the correct most up to date version.

Many thanks but where do I find the uk poi's, the link saying "The Netherlands, Amsterdam, HTTP (recommended)", Iam running TT5 on a ipaq.
