TT Nav 5.1 Itinerary fails

Having seen some of the threads about the itinerary function not working properly, but having used it successfully myself, I have just given it a full test, and it is most definitely not working correctly.

Regardless of the fact that it wont calculate your route if it has no GPS lock, I have created a route of 8 waypoints, to get me home from work without using the M25 (scenic, but slow). Now this EXACT same route worked fine on 3.07T, but even if I am at the starting location that the route expects, I receive the message "No GPS signal" even though I have a 10 sat lock!

I'll log this as yet another fault with Tomtom, but I am interested if anyone else can duplicate the issue?
